Tonight (15th ) saw baba saying hello to the age of 80. Yes. It is his birthday today. As usual, everyone got together. The order of the night was like this..
-Hatice n baddin gave the drawings they made for their dede
-Everyone ate the food (open bufe - food contributed by all the ladies in the family)
-The kids (elo n baddin) gave their dede the gifts from the whole family
-All kids in line kissed their dede's hands and said *happy birthday* (in turkish) one by one
-All adults in line kissed baba's hands with birthday wishes
-All kids performed a song (masterminded by Safa).
-Tea and cake - dessert time..
We all think baba had a great time..and the kids' performance was wonderful!! Thanks Safa for training the rest of the kids!

thanks..menu dia ka? hmmm..simple simple ja..ada salata salad..börek,daging ayam rebus, norlu biber, yaprak dolması, makarna salatası, çerkez tavuk,pancar salatası, yeşil fasulye salatası,havuç salatası.. resepi nanti during the weekend i will try to add some of the recipies kat my recipe blog..(Zaim ladies Recipe Book -link dia ada kat sidebar tu..)

dulu dia professor..u can say that he is well known in his field..banyak jugak la dia punya contributions sana sini..la ni dah retired..tapi tuı la kekadang ke sana ke sini jugak..

May Allah bless him, he must be proud of his eighty years ...
amin...thanks..:0) Age doesnt matter to him...i think what matters to him is how much he has achieved so far in his life....and i daresay a lot...and with his love ones nearby..i think his achievement in life is complete..:0)
And do wish him for me as well. May Allah grant him the best in his relationship with Allah SWT.
