one experiment ...that day..
There i was one day..thinking i would experiment a bit with the cooking. Main dish..speghetti..what about the sauce? Suddenly, an idea crossed my mind...*Why dont i cook dhall with minced meat as the sauce?*..yup.. i cooked it (dhall is an indian food with lentil as the main ingredient).
Dinner time... i put the food in his plate. He ate it very difficultly..n slowly...And towards the end of dinner he told me smilingly.....with a twinkle in his eyes.."it is nice to eat pasta with lentil soup!!" The nerve of that man!!! Grrrrrrrr..:0)))
Yup!! i did turn that dhall into lentil soup the next day.. but i guess he was brighter... when i asked him whether he wanted to drink soup for dinner the next day...he said *no thank you*....how did he guess???
The conclusion of it is.....if u wanna eat pasta with dhall as a sauce..dont try it on ur spouse!! Aiseyy..ingat nak pekena..tapi tak jadi!!!

At least you can experiment with your cooking. I can't cook at all! Fifteen years of marriage and I still can't cook.
ke ke ke...lawak-lawak, apa la rasanya simah? Macam kuah dhal yang cicah roti canai tu ka? Tak pe sekali sekala buat eksperimen, tapi licik gak pinggan dia kan?
hehe..samalah ngna cik abe saya, dia pesan awal2 kalau nak try cuba masakan baru, wat sikit dulu n rasa sendiri dulu...hahaha

hmm..dhal..kalau kat sini makan dengan nasi atau capati..tak rasa plain ke spagetti tu..?ke ada secret recipe..
simah, wonder how the taste is becoz i love dhal with roti canai, or thosai and of course nasi minyak/tomato :)

kalau dhal biasa ja memang la plain..tu yg i tambah minced meat dlm dhal tu banyak banyak...tak berkenan mamat tu..

mama rockrasa mcm creamy ja dengan dhall..not the typical type of sauce kalau nak makan ngan pasta..tu kan experiment ja..that man of mine didnt like it....cuba la u try hehehe tapi try utk diri sendiri ja la...kang tak pasal pasal u jadikan dhal tu lentil soup heheh
