Internet Explorer vs Mozilla firefox

When I opened my blog using internet explorer, I noticed that some of the features I have added in my blog are not there. When I opened my blog using mozilla firefox, I can see those features. My conclusion is that Internet Explorer does not support the whole features of this blog. For example, I cannot see the right hand section using internet explorer. The right hand section contains my profile picture (a bird in snow), 2 clocks showing the time in istanbul and the time in Malaysia, and several links to my favourite sites. If you are using internet explorer and you can see the right hand section,please do let me know..Thanks!!

Or is it again the CASE of sometimes I see it and sometimes I dont see it..?? *garu kepala* ...hmmmmmm technology...I can never understand it.
